Maparoni is about what you want to add to the map and how you’d like it to show, not about what the map itself already knows. You and others, because you can share what you’ve added or discover what other people have added.

So how does it work? Maparoni combines the organisational, mathematical and graph charting benefits of a table with the geographical visualisations of a map. So with Maparoni, there is really (nearly) no limit to what you can display on your map.

If you’re a bit short on ideas on what kind of map you’d like to create, you could start by following other collections first. Understanding how these are built could provide great inspiration on what to make for yourself and how.
